Norfolk Animal Control is holding a mico chipping clinic for pets this Saturday. Micro chips provide identification for pets and secure proof of ownership. If your pet gets lost and later found, he or she would be identified by the micro ship.
The event is taking place at The Village Groomer, 2245 Boston-Providence Turnpike, Walpole, MA. The event starts at 10 a.m. and runs through 3 p.m. The clinic will be staffed by Dr. Ilene Segal DVM and Norfolk Animal Control Officer Hilary Cohen. To setup an appointment time contact Cohen at 508-440-2816 or via email norfolk9@aol.com. A $25 donation is requested.
The micro chipping clinic is a fundraiser to support the Norfolk Animal Control and Shelter's stray animal account.
