The winner of Norfolk Lions annual Chili-Fest was Horse N' Carriage. The Norfolk restaurant took home the coveted award for the 4th year in a row. Participants were Eagle Brook Saloon, Commonweaht BBQ, Novatos Bar & Grill, James Breakfast & More, and Twenty8 Bar & Grill and voting was close.
Held on March 4, the 10th Annual Chili-Fest was chaired by Danielle Rochefort, Kevin Roche, and Lisa Roney. The event included line dancing, raffles and auctions. Funds raised are used for Lions charities as well as local organizations and individuals in need of assistance.
