Join Chef Anne Gallagher for an engaging class on how to create a tasty gingerbread house for the holidays. During this one day course, you will discover the fun of constructing your own gingerbread house. Chef Anne will show you everything you need to know from how to bake the walls of your house to decorating tips. Attendees will leave with a gingerbread house and a detailed recipe. No cooking experience is required! Refreshments will be served.

Chef Anne Gallagher is a nationally known chef living in Connecticut. She is active in the support of locally grown foods, and co-founded Plow to Plate an organization that encourages people to eat locally. She has appeared on the Sundance Channel, various television programs as well as taught hundreds of cooking courses.
Proceeds from this class will go to support Homes for Our Troops, a non-profit, non-partisan 501(c)(3) organization committed to providing specialized homes for disabled and injured veterans. This amazing organization helps raises money, building materials and professional labor to build homes that give veterans the maximum freedom of movement to live independently -- at no cost to the veteran.
