Next week on November 13, 14, and 15 King Philip High School's Cross Country Team is going to be holding a fundraiser at Uno's in the Wrentham Outlets. Any order you make at that restaurant on those days will see 20% of the sales go toward KPXC. Simply present the fundraiser coupone available here.
If you eat in, you'll have to present the coupon and give it to the server. If you order over the phone or online, just mention you're part of a "DoughRaiser" for King Philip Cross Country and you' re good to go.
Grab your friends, spread the word, and make sure you eat at Uno's next week.
At the Hockomock League Championships last week the Girls' team finished in 3rd place, their top finish in 10 years, and the Boys' team saw a first place individual finish for the second year in a row. Both teams had two athletes place in the top 15, a feat hard for the Hockomock League Championships which has over 500 athletes in all 4 races. On Saturday 11/10 14 of the top runners will run at the state meet at the Wrentham Developmental Center, and they hope to have at least 4 of those athletes qualify for the All-State meet at Northfield the week after.
