Seedling Sale Scheduled

White Barn Farm, 458 South Street, will hold its second annual plant sale on May 22 & 23rd from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm both days. There is a running inventory on their web site. Seedlings will be ready for planting a week after the sale. In addition to the plants, pork from Vermont’s Burnshirt Valley Farm will be on sale as well as honey from Franklin Honey. The pork comes from pigs raised outdoors.

Update Medical Records Request

Pediatric Specialists of Foxborough and Wrentham has requested that if parents had their children vaccinated for H1N1 or seasonal flu outside of their office to call or email the office to update patient vaccination records.

 

H1N1 Clinic Draws Less

Armed with 1,100 doses of H1N1 vaccine the Wrentham flu clinic only attraced 390 takers. The clinic was open to children in fourth through sixth grade, people 18 to 24 years old, and 25- to 64-year-olds with chronic medical conditions. Read more.
 

Wrentham Public Nurses Hold H1N1 Orientation

Wrentham public health nurses are holding two sessions for medical and non-medical volunteers helping with the H1N1 flu clinics. All volunteers are encouraged to attend one of the sessions being held on October 8, 1:30-2:30 p.m. or 7-8:00 p.m at Fiske Public Library.
